Business recovery and restructuring, personal insolvency, due diligence, tax planning, asset protection and self-managed superannuation funds. The pages on this site about director penalty notices, personal guarantees and where an unsecured claim ranks come out of that work rather than out of research.
Why this page exists
If you are reading advice about money you may not get back, you are entitled to know who is giving it and what they do for a living. Everything on this site is general information rather than advice about your circumstances, and the limits of that are set out in our website terms.
Credentials on this page are published by JBC Corporate. For a conversation about your own position, the number is on every page of this site.
